We have eight locations throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee. We stock machine tools in these locations. Some of our locations have equipment that is under power and you can see it running. If we don’t have the particular machine you want to see, we can arrange a visit to an existing user or to the factory. We have control simulators that we will bring to your facility and you can see the control demonstrated. We can and will provide application assistance with your machine purchase and instruct your operators in machine and control operation and basic maintenance as well. We have staffed our company with three factory trained service technicians. Located in three states, our technicians exist for the sole purpose of service. New machine installations, warranty service, non-warranty service or evaluation of machine repairs are only a few of the capabilities that are available to our customer.Directed by a service coordinator, our technician can be accessed by one phone call to “Service Central” and dispatched to your location.
