Toolcrib Management
Management of toolcribs, both large and small, is imperative to achieving true cost savings on the manufacturing or production floor.

We offer two general formats. The first, and most traditional, is the use of windows based software, which utilizes bar coding technology, with RF (Radio Frequency) scanners. Cribmaster is an all-inclusive system, which is "Best in Class".

Secondly, for smaller items, general uses in fabrication and machining, we can offer ATD(Automatic Tool Dispensing). Commonly referred to as "Vending Machines" or "Tool Boxes", these machines operate 24/7 offering unmanned controls of the items in the crib. The "Tool Boxes" we offer run a modified version of Cribmaster for ATD.

Cribmaster
CribMaster is an all-inclusive inventory control system that improves our customers' ability to distribute and track tools and other supplies with accuracy and confidence. The Windows-based software, developed specifically for the manufacturing industry, uses bar coding to tie fast and reliable toolcrib transactions to a powerful system of inventory control.

CribMaster's smart purchasing system will keep inventory counts low, while insuring fewer stock outs. Its easy-to-use user interface will get your crib attendants up and running quickly and the mass import feature allows you to import your existing data quickly. This feature can also be used to update pricing information from your suppliers automatically. CribMaster is great running on one computer in a small shop - OR - CribMaster can be running on multiple computers in multiple toolcribs in a large shop.

Total Item Tracking
CribMaster's item tracking capabilities allow you to track tool usage by cost centers you identify, such as Jobs, Machines, Work Cells or Departments. Each transaction records who issued the item, who received it, and where it was used. CribMaster also tracks serialized items. Detailed reports show where products are being used and who is under and over budget, and give detailed information about each item's history.

Purchasing
Keeping up with your inventory count and the replenishment of your stock can sometimes be overwhelming. The CribMaster system includes a complete purchasing package to handle replenishment from multiple sources. By monitoring usage and lead times, CribMaster will suggest when and how many items to reorder. CribMaster constantly calculates usage, lead times, suggested order points and quantities, then notifies you when you should reorder. CribMaster will also track your purchasing history and give you access to it with the click of a mouse.

Reports
CribMaster's powerful reporting capabilities, including more than 150 standard reports, make retrieving information fast and easy. All the CribMaster reports and your own customized reports can be printed, faxed or e-mailed to anyone in the world.
